BR-111™ exotic hardwood flooring is kiln dried, precision milled and prefinished to exacting standards using the industry's most up-to-date manufacturing technology.

Exotic Basics

Exotic hardwood flooring offers exciting design options for literally any taste. Rich natural colors and distinctive graining provide characteristics that are unique to each species. Mix and match. The options are limited only by your imagination.

Legendary hardness is common among exotic hardwoods. Many species are up to three times harder than domestic Red Oak. Add BR-111s though aluminum oxide finish and these floors are rated to withstand the most demanding applications.

A litany of color is often represented within one exotic species, creating a beautiful overall mosaic. Most species are finished natural, without stains, resulting inconsistent color and grain throughout the thickness of each plank. Refinishing immediately restores the hardwoods original natural beauty. Some exotics are also photosensitive, darkening over time with exposure to light. The process enhances the natural hues and stabilizes approximately three months after installation.

Your Guarantee

BR-111™ exotic hardwood floors are covered by a comprehensive residential finish warranty extended to the original purchaser. Finish warranties are valid for a period of 14 or 24 years (based on the product line) and guarantee the wear layer will not separate from flooring when used under normal household conditions. Caring for your BR-111 prefinished hardwood flooring is as easy as one-two-three. Simply sweep, vacuum, or dust mop. Use a damp cloth to blot up spills. Clean periodically using a leading brand of cleaner made for prefinished hardwood floors.

It’s that simple. BR-111s UV cured aluminum oxide finish does the rest, providing superior wear and stain resistance, elegant natural beauty, and years of hassle-free enjoyment.
